Honestly service was horrible. Lee was extremely rude and didn’t accommodate to what I wanted. She was rude and acted like her work made up for her rudeness lol. Her coworkers coddle her and make her think she’s always right which is why she thinks she’s the best when she’s clearly not. I asked for a French tip and pink base and she just couldn’t do it. The French tip wasn’t like the picture so I asked her to try to make it like the picture and she insisted she did when she really didn’t. I do my nails all the time and came here as an emergency. Having your nails done is supposed to be a nice relaxing experience and she honestly just stressed me out. I couldn’t help but laugh at the work she’s done to me. 100$ down the drain haha. I went in for a pedicure and gel X nail extensions. A nail person named Wendy serviced me. She started doing my nails and glued two nails that were not the right size after I told her several times I did not think they were the correct size. She glued one of the nails crooked and when I asked for her to correct it she screamed at me and told me she could just file it straight. The nail did not fit and was not glue on correctly it was hurting my finger. Instead of fixing it she screamed at me, made a scene and refused to do my nails. I felt so uncomfortable i decided to pay for the service i had already gotten and leave. A different nail person helped cut the nails I didn’t even want to stay to soak the nails. Most unprofessional place i have ever been to. This was awful. I do not recommend and will not be coming here again. I tipped them $15 in cash and should have left nothing.
